The Handicap Leagues are separate competitions which run throughout the season,
based on the actual quizzes which take place, and incorporating a handicapping
system.
At the beginning of each season each team is allotted a handicap score based on
their previous season's performance.
After each game their handicap will alter: a game won decreases the handicap by
two points, while a loss increases it by the same amount. A drawn game sees the
handicap remain the same.
